Fairly clean venue, efficient location within 20 minutes' drive of Chester Hawarden airport. Highly trained staff and everything was well-maintained. We enjoyed our executive queen room, it was practical and light.

I really enjoyed my stay in Chester, and would recommend it. The place was good old, reasonably clean, had excellent location and staff. I slept so comfy in the comfy bed. Hotel offered a bar in the reception...

Didn't like the area, it was really bad.
